Head Coach Ray Regno is a CFL3 Trainer (only 2% of all CrossFit trainers in San Diego hold this credential) and a member of the CrossFit HQ Seminar Staff. When he’s not coaching at the gym, he teaches the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer course that produces new CrossFit trainers. He is also highly involved in mentoring other coaches in San Diego and abroad. Our assistant coaches are handpicked and groomed to provide premiere coaching with an emphasis on safety and proper mechanics. Compared to other local gyms that host classes as large as 20-30 people, we intentionally keep our classes small to maximize quality of coaching and coach to participant interaction.
