The Stronghold Kids Jiu Jitsu camp made a stop in the CrossFit area on their way out to the park to do a Squat, Burpee, Push Up clinic.
Amazing how quickly people lose their squat. Watch toddlers squat. They have PERFECT form. Seems like once kids start going to school and sit in classroom chairs it starts to ruin them quick. Parents, learn how to squat and teach your kids early so they never lose it!
